Activity: Fund Raising Bazaar
Date: 15th January & 16th January (Thursday/Friday)
Time: After school hours
Venue: School Canteen, beside the teachers' dining area


Eh guys, as you all know we will be having this F.R Bazaar in 2 weeks time. The purpose of this bazaar is to raise funds lah like duh?? On the 15th-16th January, 4D-4F will be selling their products at the same time in the school canteen. 4A,4G and 4H will be selling their stuffs in February.


So as our bazaar coincides with CNY period, we'll be selling CNY food. What we'll be doing is this: We order CNY goodies from shops and then REPACKAGED them to sell them to students. We have to raise $300 per class, and we only got $100 to spend on the goodies. But the $100 will come out from our own pockets first and then we WILL be REIMBURSED around 1 week later. So far our target of $300 profit has already been met because i managed to get teachers to order from us too so we managed to earned quite a fair bit from the teachers. (FYI, every class has to raise minimum $300 with only $100 given to spend. So the 3 classes selling together 4D - 4F have to raise around $1200 i think).


The F.R team includes Ryan, Cosmo & Marcus. On the actual bazaar day, we will need MUCH more people to help out, similar to last year's Family Day Bazaar lah. I suggest that the girls will help out to repackage the food into smaller packets because the food is quite fragile and the girls are better at doing this kind of packaging; while the boys will collect coupons and carry the stuffs and set up the stalls.
The packaging for the food has been settled, and the goodies have been ordered from the shops already. So almost everything has been done, except that we need to raise $100 by next Wednesday (7th January). So on Monday-Wednesday, everyone please bring $4 to school and give it to Ryan Wong to collect. We need $100 only and the excess can go into the class fund for CNY decoration competition etc. so that Mrs Goh won't come and haggle us to pay up again when the competition looms nearer. Thus, its like killing two bird with one stone...


F.Y.I, this is the products we'll be selling on the actual day, and the price and quantity is fixed:

Kueh Bangkit: $1.50 for 5 pieces
Pineapple Tarts: $2 for 5 pieces
Eggrolls: $1 for 3 pieces


So 4D girls who are repackaging it do take note hor don't cock up or else we lose $$ ah. Oh plastic gloves will be provided for those doing the repackaing cos we are going to repackage and sell on the spot when students order it in order to maintain freshness.

Any other queries feel free to bombarde the F.R team with questions if your not sure but do remember to bring $4 by Wednesday hor or else we can say sayonara to our bazaar liao. Don't make us work our ass off for nothing lah cos we holidays still need to come back early for crap meetings while you guys at home opening Christmas presents etc. K lah just kidding but please show support arh as this is the last year where we'll be able to work together as a class for bazaar liao.
